Sheila Olubendi is the Managing Partner and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, specialising in corporate, commercial, and transactional law. She advises corporate and private clients on complex legal and regulatory matters spanning corporate governance, real estate, banking and finance, ESG and regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and international commercial transactions.

Sheila has a strong transactional practice, with particular depth in commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, securities, and development projects.
